Her experience to date has been focused on private domestic and international M&A transactions.

• Acted for a U.S. digital graphics company in its strategic acquisition of a leading Canadian art retailer.
• Acted for a U.S. private investment firm in its acquisition of a Canadian manufacturer of combat and sports equipment.
• Acted for hospitality software providers operating in Canada and the US, in their sale to a payments technology software provider based in the U.S.
• Assisted in the intra-group restructure of a UK-based investment services firm.
