Emma is a real estate practitioner with over 13 years' experience having worked on a significant number of leasing, investment acquisition / disposal and financing/refinancing transactions as well as portfolio asset management matters (industrial, office and retail) with clients operating within the real estate, industrial and advance manufacturing and retail & consumer sectors. Emma works with both UK and overseas investors/developers, corporate occupiers, institutional and private equity investors.
Emma has broadened her practice into the energy and utilities sector and regularly advises on the real estate aspects of renewable energy projects across a breadth of technologies: including wind, solar, hydro and battery storage. She advises clients on all stages n the project lifecycle; from site origination, through the development phase and onto financial close. Emma frequently provides real estate support on major transactional projects, including financial and secondary market acquisitions/disposals.
Emma also supports the growth of the firm's data centre sub-sector practice with a particular focus on supporting landowners and energy client work.
