Simon advises on a wide range of domestic and international clients on corporate law, capital market and transactional matters. This includes ongoing advice to corporate bodies, the preparation and conduct of shareholder meeting as well as judicial proceedings in matters pertaining to corporate law.
Simon has wide experience in commercial and corporate litigation and general contractual disputes. Throughout his legal career, Simon has represented his clients' interests in a wide range of litigation proceedings.
He studied law at the University of Hamburg (Germany), with an emphasis on economic analysis of law. During his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig (Germany), as part of which he worked in Lübeck (Germany), Hamburg, and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) he focussed on corporate law.
Before Simon joined Addleshaw Goddard, he worked for a large international law firm in Hamburg.
