Developing the next generation of Scottish caddies

As part of our partnership with the Genesis Scottish Open, we are supporting The Caddie Academy, a Fife-based coaching company helping young people take their first steps into caddying and Scotland’s wider golf tourism sector. Through the initiative, Addleshaw Goddard is sponsoring a cohort of students through The Caddie Academy’s accredited training programme, creating practical pathways into employment while helping participants build confidence, develop service skills and gain first-hand experience of the game.
