We advised the shareholders of Webb Traders on its sale to NASDAQ-listed Marex Group plc. The cross-border transaction supports Marex’s equity derivatives business and involved a complex pricing structure.

Nearfield Instruments

We advised Nearfield Instruments, a Dutch company and leader in advanced metrology for the semiconductor industry, on securing its inaugural bank financing from ING Bank.

Court teaser

Deloitte South Africa – Steinhoff litigation

We acted for Deloitte South Africa in litigation arising from the Steinhoff accounting fraud, involving investor claims across multiple jurisdictions. The matter resulted in a global settlement following complex cross-border proceedings.

Asset recovery

Exem Energy

We act as court-appointed trustee in the bankruptcy of Exem Energy. The mandate includes cross-border asset recovery and investigations across multiple jurisdictions, including Angola, Portugal and the Netherlands.

LUWE Capital Partners – OurCampus Diemen

We advised LUWE Capital Partners on the €142.5 million acquisition and financing of OurCampus Diemen, one of the largest student housing complexes in the Netherlands.
