Her experience to date has been focused on private domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions and investments and corporate restructurings.

- Halma Plc on its acquisition of Cyprus-based FirePro Group
- Dubai-based AW Rostamani Group on its acquisition of Nissan dealerships in the UK
