Addleshaw Goddard supports Xylem's sale of Aanderaa
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Xylem Inc. (NYSE: XYL), a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world's most challenging water issues, on the sale of Aanderaa Data Instruments AS to Temda Holding AS.
The Addleshaw Goddard team acted as lead external counsel on the sale, with Norwegian law firm Arntzen Grette providing advice on local law aspects. The AG team was led by Corporate Partner Angus Rollo supported by Thea Palm, and Catherine Concannon on tax aspects.
