Anouk is an associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency practice. She specialises in insolvency law and is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam District Court as a trustee in bankruptcies. She also advices in matters related to insolvency law, including creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, impending insolvencies, creditors’ agreements (under the WHOA), security rights, and director’s liability risks (in bankruptcy).
