INSOL International Asset Tracing and Recovery Handbook 2025
Kees van de Meent, Merijn Moeliker and Jurgen van den Heuvel of our Restructuring & Insolvency and Cross-Border Asset Recovery teams in the Netherlands contributed to the 2025 INSOL International’s Asset Tracing and Recovery Handbook. The handbook sets out the range of options available to an insolvency practitioner in seeking to identify, value, trace and recover a company’s assets. These issues are increasingly important, with asset structures growing in sophistication – including the rise of crypto and other digital assets.
