Nic is based in the Sultanate of Oman. He advises on arbitrations, commercial disputes and construction matters.
He is an experienced litigator across the construction and infrastructure sectors. Nic has acted for principals and major contractors in disputes including extensions of time, delay claims and contract termination issues. He also advises on non-contentious matters such as procurement, risk and insurance issues. He has extensive experience defending construction professionals in respect of professional negligence claims.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Nic was a senior associate at Minter Ellison, a top tier Australian law firm. While practising in Australia, he was a senior member of the team acting in some of the largest construction adjudication claims ever submitted in his home state. Nic has represented clients in a range of alternative dispute resolution forums.
