  • Advising a major regulated network operator subject to the UCRs on a >£200,000,000 procurement procedure
  • Advising an economic operator in bringing a claim in relation to a £6,000,000 procurement procedure governed by the PCRs
  • Acting for an international bank negotiating an agreement for the purchase of an innovative software solution from a major software company
  • Advising a major international white goods manufacturer on drafting consumer facing terms and conditions and the application of the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Advising a FTSE100 company on data monetisation
