Ilse is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. She specialises in corporate and commercial litigation and completed the Grotius postgraduate specialisation course in Corporate Law in 2025 (cum laude). Ilse has experience with complex shareholder disputes, (post) M&A disputes, inquiry proceedings at the Netherlands Enterprise Court, as well as disputes concerning commercial contracts, debt recovery proceedings and attachments.
