Adriaan is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice who represents corporate clients in both commercial and corporate disputes.
In his capacity as legal problem solver Adriaan has experience in (impending) business disputes. This includes shareholders’ disputes, directors’ liability, disputes concerning (share purchase) agreements (fulfillment or termination), procedures at the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, debt collection and seizure of assets or summary proceedings.
