Julie is an associate in the Real Estate team in Addleshaw Goddard, working in the Dublin office. Julie assists clients in managing their loan portfolios. This involves managing a high-volume receiver sales and arranging for the release of charges that are the subject of settlement agreements. She also assists a number of our renewable energy developer clients on real estate aspects of wind farm projects, solar energy projects.
Julie assists a variety of clients in negotiating lease documents and advises them in relation to all aspects of landlord and tenant law, as well as assisting several clients with residential transactions.
