Expertise
Victoria is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s Commercial Disputes team, based in London. She advises a broad range of clients on complex and high-value disputes, with a particular expertise in commercial litigation.
Victoria has extensive experience in acting for clients in proceedings before the High Court as well as managing parallel proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. She has played a key role in several high-profile and complex disputes across a variety of sectors including retail, technology and financial services. She has advised clients on issues such as shareholder claims and breach of contract and has experience in advising clients on resolving disputes without the need for formal proceedings.
Victoria joined the team in February 2026 from Freshfields where she was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. Whilst at Freshfields, Victoria spent time on secondment at a major technology company and an international bank, gaining a valuable in-house perspective and appreciation of the practical and strategic pressures facing clients.

Victoria’s experience includes advising:
- a major corporate in s.90A FSMA shareholder litigation in the High Court arising out of a profit overstatement;
- a multinational technology company on multi-jurisdictional regulatory and litigation action relating to a product feature;
- an English holding company on a USD1 billion claim arising out of enforcement action taken by its subsidiary bank;
- a multinational technology company on its cross-border litigation strategy in relation to the introduction and enforcement of digital regulation;
- a financial technology company on a post-completion expert determination process;
- a media company on the termination of a distribution agreement with a major counterparty;
- a professional services firm on allegations of significant wrongdoing in an overseas subsidiary; and
- multinational clients on anti-bribery and corruption compliance, money-laundering, and other risks facing their businesses.
