Aleksandra is a Polish qualified lawyer (radczyni prawna) with over 6 years of experience in advising local and foreign entities on real estate transactions and day-to-day matters in the field of real estate and corporate law. She participated in various transactions concerning office buildings, warehouses and logistics centres, shopping centres, as well as PRS developments. Aleksandra is experienced in preparation of a transaction documentation, including sale agreements, lease agreements, construction works agreements, as well as other transactional documents. 

Work highlights*

  • Syrena Real Estate: advising on the sale of a PRS building located in Warsaw to Xior Student Housing.
  • Investika and Bud Holdings: advising on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. The 212,500 sqm portfolio comprises five logistics parks. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland in 2024 and the second largest in Central Europe.
  • Investika and Bud Holdings: advising on the €100m acquisition of the P180 office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
  • Signal Capital Partners: advising Signal Capital Partners, acting as the preferred equity partner to Ghelamco Poland, on the joint venture and the €280 million sale of Warsaw UNIT by Ghelamco to Eastnine.
  • NEPI Rockcastle: advising on the €405m acquisition of Silesia City Center in Katowice. This acquisition represents one of the largest shopping centre transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in recent years.
