Krzysztof is a Polish-qualified lawyer (radca prawny) in the Corporate/M&A team. He specialises in corporate and commercial law. With over 20 years of experience, he has delivered comprehensive legal support to domestic and international investors active in Poland and has taken the lead on numerous major transactions, including advising on*:
- CRH plc on divestment of its Polish lime operations (including two production sites, Kujawy and Sitkowka, along with a distribution network) valued at €100m to SigmaRoc.
- EY on Polish aspects of planned and subsequently cancelled split of its audit and consulting units.
- Orange Polska, one of the largest Polish telecommunications service providers on the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture with the APG fund valued at €605m, to develop a fiber-optic network in Poland (Światłowód Inwestycje).
- Celsa Huta Ostrowiec sp. z o.o.: advising on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Stal-Service sp. z o.o., a company active in the processing and sale of reinforced steel products.
- PESA Bydgoszcz: advising the largest Polish rolling stock manufacturer on the signing of an investment agreement with the Polish Development Fund.
- Marguerite Fund: advising on its JV investment with RP Global into wind farm projects in Poland, as well as a potential JV with Tauron relating to wind farm projects in Poland.
- E.ON: advising on its JV project with a Polish business partner relating to a potential gas pipeline between Poland and Germany, as well as on corporate and regulatory aspects of E.ON‘s business activity in Poland.
- PGE: advising on a JV project with Svenska Kraftnät and Vattenfall related to SwePol HVDC submarine power cable from Sweden to Poland.
- BP (Poland): advising on the restructuring of its capital group, forming BP Europa SE and transforming its Polish companies into branch offices of the European company

Krzysztof authored the article “Dmuchając na zimne. Czy udziały w polskiej spółce można zbyć według obcego prawa” (Taking Precautions: Can Shares in a Polish Company Be Transferred Under Foreign Law?), which was published in Rzeczpospolita, a leading nationwide daily in Poland. In the article, he explored the contentious issue of applying foreign law to the transfer of shares in Polish companies, addressing significant corporate law requirements. The piece has since become a notable reference point in Polish jurisprudence.
