Our recent work

Femern A/S

At 18km long and €5bn in value, the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel is one of Europe’s biggest infrastructure projects. We helped design the bidding process to select contractors from worldwide bidders and prepared bespoke contracts, including mechanisms to ensure different contractors work collaboratively.

Norfund

We advised the Norwegian development finance institution on the sale of its stake in a South African solar power plant to a South African fund manager. The sale allowed for the proceeds to be redeployed towards further development of renewable energy in the country.

Waldorf Production

We've advised Waldorf since its inception on many acquisitions, most recently a deal to acquire Alpha's oil and gas resources in the North Sea and on its $200m Nordic Bond funding.

Klarna

We supported the Swedish fintech company on UK corporate matters in preparation for its IPO.

Orkla Foods Europe

We advised the Norwegian company on its acquisition of consumer goods brands.

Alight

We advised on their entry into the UK market, the development of various UK C&I solar projects and the financing of their UK solar project portfolio.
