Ann is a versatile and pragmatic corporate lawyer with extensive experience of advising on private M&A, fund-raising transactions and joint ventures.  Her clients include UK and Northern European PE funds and their portfolio companies, and a lot of her work historically has been of a cross-border nature, having supported a number of Nordic clients on their outbound investments and also on exits to international buyers.

Ann's recent work includes:

• advising Citation Group (owned by KKR and Hg), provider of a wide range of business-focused compliance and advisory services, on several acquisitions as part of their buy and build strategy;
• advising PE fund Limerston Capital on routine and transactional matters, including the acquisition of holiday parks operator Largo Leisure;
• acting for Nordic Capital-owned Conscia A/S, a managed IT solutions provider, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of ITGL Limited, a digital transformation service provider and further acquisitions in the UK
• acting for Swedish home services provider, KEYTO AB (owned by Fidelio Capital), on its first acquisition in the UK, acquiring GreenThumb Holdings Limited
• advising fintech growth company Butter Holdings Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to leading US 'buy now pay later' financial services provider, Affirm Inc, including on associated bridge financing arrangements
• acting for Bergs Timber AB, a listed Swedish timber company, acquiring a premium wood products sales and distribution network in the UK, enabling it to capture more of the value chain;
• advising Greencloud, a cloud computing software solutions company, on the sale of its business (which included the successful Qstack cloud management system) to Nasdaq-listed Netapp Inc;
• advising The Lost Explorer Mezcal, an ultra-premium drinks business on its establishment and initial funding round; 
• advising the founder of Italicus, a premium drinks brand, on the investment into the business by Pernod Ricard, together with new distribution and supply arrangements
