- Advising a leading airline on urgent UK and EU sanctions compliance regarding dealings with Russian oil majors, including engagement with OFSI to ensure lawful continuation of fuel supply arrangements
- Advising a client under HMRC investigation for alleged UK export control breaches, including responding to production orders, supporting interviews under caution and assessing dual‑use, export ban and criminal liability risks
- Advising a senior executive of a listed business in respect of enforcement and regulatory proceedings by the Insolvency Service and the FCA
- Supporting a client with a major fraud investigation into the conduct of employees and third parties including on site investigations, liaising with the authorities and assisting with risk and reputation management
