EXPERTISE
Agata represents clients in complex litigation and international arbitration disputes. Her experience encompasses advising and representing clients in arbitration and court proceedings across finance, real estate, infrastructure sectors. Additionally, she has acted in disputes concerning unfair competition. Her academic interests focus on commercial and investment arbitration. Her track record includes proceedings under the ICC, UNCITRAL, and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules. She also has expertise in the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court judgments.
Agata holds an LL.M. from the University of Ottawa in Canada, with a concentration in international investment and trade law. She actively participates in numerous initiatives for arbitration practitioners and is a published author on international commercial and investment law. Currently, Agata is a PhD candidate at KU Leuven in Belgium, preparing her thesis in the field of investment arbitration.
Agata has five years of experience working for Magic Circle law firms, where she was involved in the arbitration and dispute resolution departments.
