Emma is a Managing Associate in the Banking team who joined Addleshaw Goddard in September 2014. She has assisted with a wide range of transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers on a range of work including leveraged and corporate finance, real estate finance, asset finance, restructuring and project finance and involving a wide range of jurisdictions.

• Advised Lloyds Bank plc in connection with a £50m revolving credit facility and a £25m CLBILS facility to On The Beach Group plc.
• Advised Assura plc in connection with £300m revolving credit facilities made available by a four bank club. 
• Advised Tosca Debt Capital in connection with term loan facilities to cost-saving consultancy specialist, Great Annual Savings.
• Advised Greater Manchester Pension Fund in connection with a £24m term facility to Capital & Centric to finance the construction of a 275-bed hotel in Manchester.
