Sam is an associate in our Employment practice. She also gained work experience as a clerk at the Limburg District Court and in the legal department of a multinational company.
Sam advises both national and international clients on various employment law matters, including individual and collective dismissals, reorganizations, (harmonization of) employment conditions, collective labor agreements, flexible employment relationships, cross-border employment and employee participation. In addition, Sam has extensive experience in providing legal guidance on employment law matters throughout M&A transactions.
