Fabian is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s Hamburg corporate department.
He advises German and international companies and investors on domestic and international M&A transactions as well as in a broad range of corporate matters, including restructurings, corporate governance, and corporate litigation.
- Education
Fabian studied at the University of Freiburg and graduated in 2016. In 2021, he obtained his LL.M. with a specialisation in corporate and financial law at the University of Glasgow. Having been admitted to the Hamburg Bar Association in 2018, before joining Addleshaw Goddard, he worked for two leading German law firms where he gained in-depth experience in corporate litigation and capital markets law.
