Steve has a wide variety of expertise in various types of commercial disputes specialising in: corporate disputes such as breach of warranty or indemnity claims, earn out disputes and shareholder disputes; IT/tech disputes such as implementation failures and transformation projects gone wrong, software underlicensing disputes and threats by suppliers to remove access to cloud services. Steve has extensive experience in the High Court and in mediations, as well as expert determination.
