Addleshaw Goddard has advised Blixt on its strategic partnership with Schneider + Partner Beratergruppe, one of Germany's leading multidisciplinary advisory, tax and audit groups focused on the Mittelstand.
Founded more than 35 years ago, Schneider + Partner Beratergruppe has grown into one of Germany's leading interdisciplinary advisory groups, providing audit, tax, legal and business advisory services to approximately 8,700 clients and employing around 400 people across nine locations.
Together, Blixt and Schneider + Partner plan to drive the group's continued development through investments in technology and innovation, further nationwide growth, the expansion of advisory services and the recruitment and development of highly skilled professionals.
The partnership will support Schneider + Partner's next phase of growth and ambition to further strengthen its position as a leading multidisciplinary advisory group serving clients in Bavaria and Eastern Germany - and beyond.
The cross-border Addleshaw Goddard team was led by Graham Cross (partner) and Dr Hubertus Schröder (partner). The transaction was supported by lawyers from the firm's UK and Germany teams, with Fabian Neppessen (counsel) and Chris England (managing associate) having leading roles.
