Agnieszka is a lawyer with over 4 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal advice in the real estate sector for local and foreign entities. She has participated in numerous legal due diligence investigations concerning residential, office, and warehouse properties as well as retail centres. She has also been involved in real estate transactions, in particular those related to the sale and purchase of real estate for residential developments. She has experience in drafting contracts, in particular real estate purchase and lease agreements, as well as transaction documents.
