Addleshaw Goddard (AG) advises AKIPIA on its investment in Roma Tower in Warsaw

Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised AKIPIA, a Czech investment group founded by independent investors Michal Strnad, Tomáš Brzobohatý and Marek Šmrha, on its investment in the Roma Tower project in Warsaw as lead investor, one of the most prominent luxury residential developments in Poland.

The total value of the project is estimated at up to approximately CZK 20 billion (c. EUR 820 million). Roma Tower is set to rise to 170 metres and will comprise 48 above-ground floors and six underground levels, offering 357 apartments. The scheme will also include a range of premium amenities. Interior design for the project will be handled by the renowned Italian design studio Pininfarina.

The project is being developed by Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development together with the Pro Bonum Foundation. Roma Tower has already obtained a building permit, with construction scheduled to begin in autumn 2026.

The AG team was led by Tomasz Trystuła (partner) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
