Addleshaw Goddard (AG) advises US investor on around EUR 160 million acquisition of major Polish logistics asset

Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised a US investor on the around EUR 160 million acquisition of the logistics complex Panattoni Park Poznań A2, located in Robakowo, Poland, and leased to H&M.

The 150,000 sqm facility was developed by Panattoni and forms a key element of H&M’s European distribution platform. H&M will continue to occupy the asset.

The AG team was led by Marta Strykowska‑Sosnowska (managing associate) with vital support from Katarzyna Grodzka (senior associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice. Tomasz Trystuła (partner) supervised the transaction.

The wider real estate team included Aleksandra Stanulewicz (associate), Piotr Śnihur (junior associate), Anna Majkowska (junior associate), Laura Andrzejewska (junior associate) and Wiktoria Czapla (legal intern). Michał Nocoń (managing associate, co-head of tax practice) and Jan Jurga (senior associate) advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
