- Assisting in preparing claims submitted in relation to a high-value mixed-used development project in the UAE with a view to commencing arbitration proceedings.
- Assisting on an arbitration relating to an energy facility in the UAE.
- Assisted with the procurement of a major hotel in London.
- Drafted ancillary documents based on JCT standard forms for building contractors, property developers, and sub-contractors.

- Assisted with the IPO verification process of the GENinCode IPO to the AIM, which listed on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of £42.2 million.
- Assisted with advising Palatine Private Equity on the acquisition of Estio Training to global education provider, BPP Education Group.
