Expertise
Nicky is an experienced professional support lawyer heading up the Corporate Knowledge Lawyer team. She previously worked as a senior associate specialising in PE and M&A transactional work before moving to a knowledge role in 2007. She is involved in know-how development, document automation, arranging the division's training programme, writing internal and client current awareness updates on legislative, case law and practice changes and supporting the business with client engagement tools and initiatives. She also contributes to the firm's wider Knowledge Management strategy, with particular emphasis on using innovative approaches in technology to increase efficiencies including automating precedents and processes.
