Katherine acts for UK and international clients on a wide range of cross-border transactional real estate matters. Her practice focuses on leasing, acquisitions, real estate financing and asset management work across sectors such as retail, leisure, industrials and infrastructure.
Dual-qualified in England & Wales and in Scotland, she spent 9 years in the firm's Edinburgh office before joining our Paris office in 2021. She also has experience working in-house in the real estate legal team of a FTSE 100 listed company in London. This blend of private practice and in-house experience enables her to deliver commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused advice aligned with her clients’ strategic and operational objectives.

- acting for a supermarket retailer on the sale and leaseback of a portfolio of four supermarkets in England & Wales with a deal value of £101m
- advising a French SCPI fund on the £34m acquisition of single-let office investment premises in Aberdeen
- ongoing advice to a UK high-street retailer on its growing operational property portfolio in England & Wales, including negotiating agreements for the development of new stores, leasehold acquisitions, renewals and asset management
- acting as account manager for a timber manufacturing company, providing strategic and transactional advice on ongoing asset management issues across their portfolio of operational properties UK-wide
- acting for a syndicate of investors on the sale of a historic riverside pub in London for £3.25 million
- acting for a private equity firm in the acquisition of four holiday parks in Scotland
- acting for various operators in the energy infrastructure sector on the acquisition of operational land and offices to support the roll-out of electricity infrastructure projects
