Non-contentious
Josh acts for developers, funders, joint ventures and consortiums on all aspects of construction projects from inception through to construction, completion and beyond and works across numerous sectors including residential, hotel, logistics and student accommodation. He has experience in drafting and advising on complex construction schemes including the negotiation of development agreements/development management agreements, forward funding contracts, building contracts and professional appointments and warranties.
Contentious
Josh advises clients on dispute avoidance and has experience of a wide variety of dispute resolution processes including adjudication, High Court litigation and mediation. He has successfully pursued and defended adjudications and is relied on for pragmatic approach in advising his clients as to how to resolve disputes quickly and cost effectively as well as minimising the risk of disputes developing further.
