Addleshaw Goddard advises Tenn Capital on Balearic Island villa refinancing

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Tenn Capital on the refinancing of a multi million euro value residence in Mallorca, Spain.

The multi-million euro transaction involved multiple English, Spanish and Jersey individuals and corporate entities. The financing supports high-quality real estate in a prime Balearic Islands location and reflects continued lender appetite for well-structured private wealth real estate transactions across continental Europe. It is also yet another example of the high-value, short term lending facilities that Tenn Capital are deploying globally to meet the urgent liquidity needs of high-net-worth clients.
