Canelle is an Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's Dispute Resolution team based in London. She has a broad range of litigation, arbitration and investigatory experience and acts for private companies, public organisations and high-net-worth individuals.


Canelle's recent experience includes:

  • Acting for a UK Government agency in the defence of a £250m compensation claim under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in the High Court
  • Obtaining freezing orders and Norwich Pharmacal orders on behalf of a multinational aircraft manufacturer client to prevent the dissipation of stolen funds
  • Acting in LCIA arbitration proceedings relating to sales of security systems in the Middle-East
  • Advising an international car parking provider on a court claim for, and expert determination in relation to, a contractual breach of indemnity and on the simultaneous defence of a connected claim
  • Acting in a high-value business rates dispute in relation to a decommissioned power station
  • Conducting internal investigations into fraud, bribery, corruption and money laundering and advising on compliance and due diligence
