Sasha qualified into Addleshaw Goddard's Commercial Services team in September 2024, having trained at the firm. Sasha acts on a wide range of commercial and IT contracts, in particular for retail and transport clients.

Sasha's experience includes: 

• a leading utilities business on the implementation of an upgraded, SaaS-based billing solution from a third party; 
• a major supermarket chain on the negotiation and implementation of a white label agreement; 
• a multinational food manufacturing business on various distribution agreements, ingredient supply agreements and framework agreements as part of a precedent transformation project; and 
• on the commercial and IT aspects of various acquisitions and disposals in the retail and consumer space, including the acquisition of a leading comparison site provider and various acquisitions in the events space.
