Sasha qualified into Addleshaw Goddard's Commercial Services team in September 2024, having trained at the firm. Sasha acts on a wide range of commercial and IT contracts, in particular for financial services and transport clients.
Sasha's experience includes advising:
- a leading IT services provider on its intragroup agreements with a new regulated payments entity;
- a joint venture entity on a major multi-national defence contract;
- an FS-regulated non-departmental public body on its procurement of a bespoke customer service solution;
- a regulated FS entity on the insourcing of certain wealth management and support services;
- a financial performance platform on its partnership agreement with an investment management entity;
- on the expansion of the Dormant Asset Scheme operated by the Reclaim Fund into the Investment and Wealth Management sector;
- a leading mortgage finance provider on the drafting and implementation of a Saas-based broker platform;
- an Ofcom-regulated entity on its wholesale customer agreements; and
- on the contractual, IT and IP aspects of various acquisitions and disposals in the retail and consumer, tech and insurance space, including the acquisition of a leading comparison site provider, the disposal of a bespoke property finance business and various acquisitions in the events space.
