Christian is an Associate in the Addleshaw Goddard Corporate team in London.

He advises clients on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Christian worked as an associate at a leading law firm in London and trained at a leading African law firm in Johannesburg. In 2021, he spent three months on secondment to a multinational pharmaceutical company and in 2024 he spent nine months on secondment to a FTSE 250 listed retail and commercial bank headquartered in London.

Advised Clydesdale Bank plc (trading as Virgin Money) on the sale of its investment and wealth business to Octopus Money.
Advised Santévet Group and its majority shareholder Columna Capital, on Santévet’s acquisition of a majority stake in Tedaisy Insurance Group, a fast-growing UK-based pet health insurance provider.
Advised Associated British Foods on its sale of certain businesses operating in the monogastric compound feed market.
Advised Booking Holdings Inc. on its proposed acquisition of global flight booking and technology provider Etraveli Group from CVC Capital Partners and other minority sellers.*
Advised Mediclinic on a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Mediclinic by a newly formed company indirectly owned by joint offerors, Remgro and a wholly owned subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company SA.*
