Nick is a newly qualified associate who qualified into the Leeds Corporate team in 2022. His seats as a trainee solicitor were: (1) Real Estate Disputes; (2) Corporate Finance; (3) a client secondment to Drax plc; and (4) Infrastructure, Projects ad Energy.

Nick's recent experience includes:

• Assisting the shareholders of a large vitamin, mineral and supplement manufacturer on the share sale of the business, including assistance on disclosure calls, Q&A calls, drafting and management of documents list and ancillary documents.
• Assisting Skanska Construction UK Limited on the sale of its infrastructure services business, including preparation, negotiation and execution of novation agreements, providing signing instructions, keeping accurate records, and dealing with post-completion matters such as dating documents and preparing the bibles.
• Assisting Northedge Capital GP II LLP and certain management shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of a subsidiary company, including assisting with a pre-completion reorganisation to extract the target company from the wider group by way of a capital reduction demerger, drafting and negotiating documents, and assisting with exchange.
