EXPERTISE

Wiktoria is a trainee attorney-at-law. She specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Her professional experience includes advising on Polish and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as day-to-day corporate advice.

Work highlights*

• Advising Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers and a leading French asset manager, on its €50m investment in GreenWay, the largest and most advanced EV charging network in the CEE.
• Advising European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on its €75m investment in R.Power, an independent power producer based in Poland, mostly engaged in the large-scale solar projects, with renewables portfolio in Poland and other European Union markets, including Romania, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
• Advising ArcelorMittal on the acquisition of ZPZ Złomex S.A. and its subsidiaries, a Polish scrap metal recycling business.
• Advising Nrep, a leading Northern European real estate investor, on the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R S.A. one of Poland’s largest logistics developers. Nrep invests approximately €200m into the company.
