Sam acts for investors, developers and occupiers on a spectrum of acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management matters.  

Sam is particularly active within the Firm's Leisure; Workspaces; and Logistics and Light Industrials sub-sectors and guides a number of international investors and brands as they expand their portfolios in the UK.

Experience

Recent experience includes advising:

  • Popeyes Louisiana Chicken with respect to its U.K. entrance and ongoing expansion
  • Aberdeen Group PLC in relation to its £15m sale of an office block
  • Manchester Metropolitan University on its acquisition of the Manchester Technology Centre, Oxford Road (68,448 sq ft)
  • Blank Street Coffee with respect to its ongoing store roll out (EMEA)
  • AM Alpha with respect to a number of asset management mandates
  • Greater Manchester Pension Fund with respect to the acquisition, letting and subsequent disposal of an industrial asset (£30m)
  • Greater Manchester Pension Fund on the property aspects of its £150m investment into a Blackrock healthcare fund
  • LaSalle Investment Management with respect to its purchase of two unstabalised distribution sites (circa £90m)
  • Limitless Digital Group with respect to its pre-let of a 100,000 sq ft logistics facility and its letting of a 248,000 sq ft warehouse
  • TRV Holdings Limited in relation to its acquisition of their new offices and the development of a logistics facility.
  • Atmos Padel on all matters, including their ambitious national expansion
  • Aberdeen Group PLC in relation to its sale of an 84,000 sq ft distribution centre
