Charlotte is an Associate in the Leeds Corporate Finance Team and advises national, international and regional corporates, financial institutions and private equity houses on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals. Charlotte has experience in the energy and infrastructure, technology, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Charlotte was recently appointment to the P100 Club as a Committee Member in Leeds.
Recent experience includes:
- Advising the shareholders of SSG Insight on its sale to Aptean, Inc; *
- Advising Foresight Group on the investment into MSL Property Care Services Ltd;*
- Advising Swegon Limited and its main shareholder, Swegon Group AB on its acquisition of Dalair Limited.*
