Saif Al Mamari is an expert in Oman corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining as a Partner of Nasser Al Habsi & Saif Al Mamari Law Firm, he had worked for more than seven years at two international law firms in Muscat.
Saif holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon. He has extensive experience of advising on Oman law disputes, corporate and commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. He regularly acts for joint stock companies at general meetings and advises on Oman’s Capital Market Authority's rules and regulations.
As a litigator, Saif has significant experience acting on Oman law disputes, with specific knowledge of labour law and commercial code issues. He also attends hearings at the Oman Primary Court and prepares all submissions to the Appeal and Supreme Courts.
He has completed the arbitration programme organised by the GCC Arbitration Centre and is registered as an arbitrator with the Court of Appeal Muscat.
Saif has also completed ten years in the Royal Navy of Oman where he was awarded special honours from the Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman.
