Hayley is a Managing Associate and a key senior team member of the advertising and marketing team at Addleshaw Goddard and has significant experience with advertising and marketing. She and was nominated for "TMT Leading Associate of the Year" in the Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards 2025.

Hayley is experienced in all aspects of marketing and advertising including copy clearance (both broadcast and non-broadcast), social influencer contracts, sponsorship, prize draws and competitions, ASA complaints, comparative advertising and sales promotion mechanics.

Hayley has specific experience in the advertising rules around green claims and products which are high in fat, salt and sugar. She has advised a wide range of clients on advertising and marketing matters and across a number of sectors including retailer and consumer, financial services and healthcare.

In addition, Hayley advises clients on consumer law matters, general commercial matters and non-contentious intellectual property.
