Nora is an associate seated in the corporate team of Addleshaw Goddard's Riyadh office. Nora advises local and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and various corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Nora was based in Al-Khobar and trained at an international law firm where she was part of the corporate practice group. She also worked as an associate in the corporate and employment teams at a regional law firm.
Nora is 4 PQE and is licensed to practice law in KSA. She has an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, USA and is fluent in Arabic and English.

- Advising a Saudi Ministry's supervisory committee on a privatization project in the transportation and energy sectors.
- Advising a Saudi government center in connection with their public-private partnership project in the environment sector. Conducting site visits at various monitoring stations in Jeddah.
- Representing a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with ongoing negotiations and conducting a physical due diligence of key agreements in connection with a proposed joint venture in Dammam Industrial City.
- Representing a leading company in integrated energy services and oil and gas sectors on its acquisition of a company specialising in engineering of energy efficient and resilient critical infrastructures and data centre environments.
- Representing BinDawood Holding Company, a retail conglomerate and publicly listed Saudi joint stock company, on their acquisition of Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies before the General Authority for Competition and Ministry of Commerce.
