Nora is an associate seated in the corporate team of Addleshaw Goddard's Riyadh office. Nora advises local and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and various corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Nora was based in Al-Khobar and trained at an international law firm where she was part of the corporate practice group. She also worked as an associate in the corporate and employment teams at a regional law firm.

Nora is 5 PQE and is licensed to practice law in KSA. She has an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, USA and is fluent in Arabic and English.

  • Advising a Saudi Ministry's supervisory committee on a privatization project in the transportation and energy sectors.
  • Advising a Saudi government center in connection with their public-private partnership project in the environment sector. Conducting site visits at various monitoring stations in Jeddah. 
  • Representing a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with ongoing negotiations and conducting a physical due diligence of key agreements in connection with a proposed joint venture in Dammam Industrial City.
  • Representing a leading company in integrated energy services and oil and gas sectors on its acquisition of a company specialising in engineering of energy efficient and resilient critical infrastructures and data centre environments.
  • Representing BinDawood Holding Company, a retail conglomerate and publicly listed Saudi joint stock company, on their acquisition of Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies before the General Authority for Competition and Ministry of Commerce. 
  • Advising a leading water management company, on their corporate restructuring in KSA. 
  • Drafting the steering committee bylaws for Durrah Advanced Development Company on their expansion in the food and beverage industry in Yanbu.       
  • Advising Lucid LLC on its day-to-day business operations and debt restructuring arrangements.    
  • Advising a leading global provider of technical services on its strategic expansion and structuring options for a professional entity in KSA.
  • Advising Motorola Solutions UK Limited on their Regional Headquarters requirements and staffing arrangements.
  • Advising MDLBEAST on intellectual property and copyright matters.    
  • Drafting an exclusive master licensing agreement for patented technology and a sublicensing agreement for a Saudi joint venture with a global environmental recycling and waste management company.
  • Drafting the shareholder circular of the Saudi Printing and Packaging Company, a publicly listed Saudi joint stock company, in connection with its debt settlement agreement with Alinma bank.
  • Advising a global oil and gas valve producer on the set up of a joint venture company with a Saudi Arabian investment company for the establishment of a manufacturing company in Dammam.
  • Advising a Saudi Arabian investment company on its early and late-stage investments, joint ventures and agency representations in KSA, mostly in the oil and gas and infrastructure sectors.
  • Advising a major oil and gas company on its long-term framework agreement with Saudi Aramco and relevant IKTVA obligation.
  • Presenting multiple training sessions to a leading global pharmaceutical company on the Saudi Anti-Harassment Law.
