Nora is an associate seated in the corporate team of Addleshaw Goddard's Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. Nora advises local and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, and various corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Nora trained at an international law firm in Al-Khobar where she was part of the corporate practice group, after which she joined a regional law firm as an associate and was part of the employment and incentives as well as the corporate commercial practice groups as an associate where she worked on various contentious and non-contentious corporate and employment matters, advising both domestic and foreign clients across a wide variety of sectors.

Nora is qualified and licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia. She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Nora's experience includes:

• Advising a global Oil and Gas valve producer on the set up of a joint venture company with a Saudi Arabian investment company for the establishment of a manufacturing company in Dammam. 
• Advising a Saudi Arabian investment company on its early and late stage investments, joint ventures and agency representations in KSA, mostly in the Oil and Gas and infrastructure sectors. 
• Advising a leading water management company on their complex corporate restructuring in Saudi Arabia.  
• Advising a Saudi Joint Stock Company on matters relating to their Board of Directors and drafting the necessary corporate documents for the constitutional amendments. 
• Advising a major Oil and Gas company on its long-term framework agreement with Saudi Aramco and relevant IKTVA obligation.
• Advising a Saudi Government Authority on their People's Policies and Procedures Manual and reviewing the same against their administrative bylaws and the Saudi Labour Law.   
• Presenting multiple training sessions to a Leading Global Pharmaceutical Company on the Saudi Anti-Harassment Law.
