Addleshaw Goddard advises Goodbody Stockbrokers on recommended €1.4bn offer for Dalata Hotel Group
Addleshaw Goddard has advised Goodbody Stockbrokers, the financial adviser to the bidding consortium, on the recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to-be-issued share capital of Dalata Hotel Group plc, the Irish-headquartered hotel group listed in Dublin and London.
