Joe is a Legal Director in our Real Estate team with extensive experience across all aspects of real estate transactions. Joe’s practice has a particular focus on:
Advising major institutional investors on strategic projects including large portfolio sales, high value acquisitions and real estate aspects of fund mergers and acquisitions (including acting for Columbia Threadneedle).
Leading on sophisticated development and regeneration projects, in particular the transformation of railway land for Network Rail through its joint venture vehicles (including the multi-phased, mixed-use schemes at Twickenham and Guildford Station).
Acting for regional developers such as Strawson Property on strategic site acquisitions / assembly, conditional disposals and lettings, and complex forward funding and sale structures.
Joe is recognised for his commercial acumen, technical excellence and ability to natigate and resolve challenging legal and commercial issues, consistently delivering successful outcomes for clients on their most significant projects.
