Expertise
Thijs is a Counsel in our Commercial Real Estate department. He advises institutional investors, developers and contractors across a broad spectrum of real estate dealings, which encompass the acquisition and divestiture of commercial properties and property development, including turn-key delivery projects. He also advises on the real estate dimensions of corporate mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations, as well as matters related to asset management and corporate law aspects of real estate, such as joint ventures, club deals and other investment structures.

- Listed in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for Vastgoedrecht (Real Estate law)
