Amber is a senior associate in our Corporate / M&A practice. She focuses on corporate law and more particular on M&A, private equity, governance and commercial contracts. Amber obtained a master’s degree (cum laude) at the University of Amsterdam.

- Advising Nimbus on a number of cross-border transactions, including the sale of MegaGroup to Sun Capital and of BontexGeo to Waterland, as well as its investment in the Maars Group and CelaVita
- Advising Vendis Capital on a number of transactions, including its investment in Meubelzorg and the sale of Alpine Hearing Protection
- Advising Arcus Infrastructure on the sale of E-Fiber to ODF (aKKR/Deutsche Telekom joint venture) and on its invedtments in Van de Put and Van Winkoop
- Advising Freshstream on its investment in Worldstream
- Qualification
- Advocaat admitted to the Dutch Bar
- Listed in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for Ondernemingsrecht (Corporate Law)
