Taylor joined Addleshaw Goddard in June 2021 and is a qualified commercial lawyer with experience in advising businesses on the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements such as, supply agreements for goods and services, software licences, and reseller agreements.
In addition, Taylor has expertise in advising businesses on data protection compliance and has advised on privacy notices, data processing clauses in commercial contracts, data transfers and data subject access requests.
